At Easton Hill, we take great care in delivering handcrafted furniture safely to you. Here’s a simple overview of what to expect.
Made to Order
Every piece is built just for you, and quality craftsmanship takes time. Production timelines are listed on each product page and may vary slightly based on design and order volume.
You’ll get an order confirmation right away—please review it carefully for accuracy. Because each piece is made to order, changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours.
When Your Order Ships
Once your furniture is ready, we’ll send a shipping notification with tracking details.
Most pieces ship via blanket-wrap delivery. The process is hands-on, as each item is wrapped individually in professional-grade, quilted moving blankets to provide a soft, protective layer.
It is one of the safest and most effective ways to ship furniture, preventing scratches, dings, and other surface damage.
It also minimizes waste from packaging since the blankets are reusable!
Scheduling Delivery
The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the furniture.
In-Home Service
Our delivery team will bring your furniture inside, place it in your room of choice, and handle any necessary assembly. When finished, the team will remove all packaging materials for you.
Please double-check your measurements beforehand—doorways, stairways, hallways, and the intended room—to ensure a smooth delivery.

Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your order carefully at delivery.

- Report any issues with photos or videos within 24 hours, so we can help quickly.
Items not reported within 24 hours will be considered accepted as delivered.
